AISLE MEADOWS // The Natural History Museum has quite possibly one of the longest aisles I've ever worked with. How better to dress it than with a meadow of anemones and candles. Natural simplicity at its best.

DREAM SUPPLIER // Usually my couples come to me not knowing which wedding suppliers they'd like to use but, on this occasion, my bride had seen Chelsea's work in Hello magazine and on Instagram and she just had to have her for her big day.

On Monday evening I was really told off!

I went along to a beautifully intimate dinner for wedding planners to be confronted by a room of planners all telling me off, in the most caring way, for not showing up on here and for not reminding the world about my experience. I love the way planners all cheer each other on!

Truth be told, I've been a bit quiet while I've been spending time with my mini human. But I've always been pretty rubbish on here. I debate for ages over the right image to post to the point I give up and I'm certainly no wordsmith. You'll never find me talking about special love stories or whimsical romance. It's just not me!

But what I am is experienced. 22 years experienced. There were planners around the dinner table who consistently blow me away with their design-led weddings. To be told by them that they have me on a pedestal because of my knowledge and experience left me speechless.

Is your wedding for 1400 people? Only got an hour to turn a venue around from a public museum to a beautifully designed wedding? Confused about the rules and impact of union staff and taxation in your American hotel venue? Worried about managing a hugely complex, multi-day event with dozens of highly influential, financially-invested stakeholders? Working with your venues style // The Bishop Sherlock’s Room at is an elegant room, designed in 1764 with a classical, ornate ceiling, beautiful gold chandelier and plenty of natural light from the large windows overlooking the Palace lawns. We celebrated the beauty of the room whilst embracing natural and flowing florals and some contemporary twists.

FINAL PREP // What a gorgeous image of H taking 5 minutes to herself to gather her thoughts ahead of her beautiful wedding ceremony.
