🎄Want to do something special in the run up to Christmas?🎄

We are offering a totally new experience with our 'festive friends' flower workshops for groups of 4 to 6. You choose the date and time and what you want to make - maybe it's a door wreath or swag? A Christmas table decoration? A living wreath? We will then design a workshop just for you and your chosen guests. £50 pp including festive treats! Workshops will take place in our new studio, just off the Esplanade, Fleetwood.

We are offering a very special Christmas Flower Course - 3 sessions in the studio (off the Esplanade, Fleetwood) creating Christmas arrangements.

Week one: make a beautiful luxury wreath or swag for your door
Week two: make a garland
Week three: make a beautiful table setting for your Christmas table.

All instruction and materials included - along with festive treats. Places are limited and run from 2 to 4pm on Saturdays - 7th, 14th and 21st of December. £130. It may be possible to attend individual sessions for £50 each, subject to availability. Priority will be given to those booking all three sessions.

This living wreath is a tribute to a much loved Scottish uncle. It is planted with violas, succulents and ivy, sprigged with thistles and heather, adorned with feathers and a tartan ribbon. An entirely personalised way to say goodbye, using nature friendly floral mechanics.

🍁🍁🍁 autumn is very much in the air isn’t it? Have just been arranging a foliage delivery with a wonderful British grower - they will be sending me physalis (autumn lanterns), rose hips , rosemary and crab apples along with the grasses and foliage. So excited for the delivery and wreath making workshops later this week.

Dried flowers are an autumn treat for me! This posy is for one of our brides getting married in October. She has chosen dried flowers and fresh herbs. All of these have been grown in the UK - many we have dried ourselves.

It’s feeling very autumnal! Why not embrace the turning of the seasons by learning how to make a beautiful autumn wreath on a straw base with beautiful foliage, berries and seasonal embellishments! From ‘bunch’ to bowl! Whenever we put together a bouquet or wrap of flowers together we think about the ingredients for a beautiful arrangement! Leading ladies? Agapanthus! Dancing queens? Scabiosa! Texture? Crocosmia seed heads and eryngium. Fragrance? Mint! Depth? Lisianthus and aster. Thank you for choosing our bouquets yesterday - this is a glorious leftover! We have chosen a low bowl and some chicken wire to arrange it in. Don’t forget ae offer subscription and special occasion flowers too! We live a bowl arrangement and will be delighted to create them for delivery too! Just ask 🙂

Autumn Wreaths

As we approach September our thoughts turn to autumn wreaths. We are running two workshops where you can make your own (with lots of guidance) - on the 19th and 21st of September. We are also offering a bespoke wreath service - for £45 we will make and deliver a wreath to you. Message for more info.

Sustainable sympathy flowers

This casket topper has been created on a base of birch and moss. It is designed to celebrate a life well lived, a keen gardener, passionate about English cottage gardens. The flowers and foliage were grown in Northumberland, Cumbria and Yorkshire. Shades of pink, white and lilac creating an airy arrangement.

Lakeland flowers

These gorgeous flowers were supplied by North Star Botanicals in the South Lakes. Grown outside and without chemicals …as nature intended. This luxury bouquet contains heavenly scented roses and stocks, orlaya, yarrow, cosmos and campanula. Did you know we offer a flower subscription? You can choose a monthly or fortnightly subscription, but pause at any time! We can often fit in a one-off drop too. Our flowers are seasonal, British grown …and beautiful! Get in touch if you would like to join the club - £25 a delivery.

I shall miss hellebores when the season ends. Though technically not a flower, I find them one of the most versatile ingredient for arrangements and wreaths! These are called winter bells and will go into a special bouquet.
