Now that we have our Community Interest Company status and our Fleetwood Community Comic Con CIC bank account we can start applying for funding 🙂

We've just sent off the application bid for National Lottery Awards For All Community Fund which we should hear back from in the next 12 weeks so fingers crossed with that 🤞

We've also been given official permission to use the grass part in front of Marine Hall after filling in the Wyre Council Land Use application 👍

One of our Directors (Will) has found some other possible funding grants that we're going to apply for. So more form filling to do! 🤣

We have a few more possible business who would like to get involved in the event by putting on a number of free activities. So we need to chase them up ❤️

Anyone else interested in getting involved and putting on some kind of free activity in exchange for showcasing your Group, Organisation or Business at our Comic Con just get in contact or fill in this form

We also need to finish off the sponsorship form so that we then can approach business and other organisations to see if they would like to support us financially. We are looking to roll this out and give it a big push at the beginning of January 💪

Fleetwood Community Comic Con Trader Tables

💥 Important Booking Info 💥
"Bookings will only be secured upon full payment. Once all tables and spaces are fully booked, that’s it! No exceptions for friends, family, or acquaintances."

Indoor tables: Only available for traders selling Comic Con-related products. Unfortunately we are not booking in anymore artists as it’s only a small venue and we have quite a few already.
Size: 6ft x 2ft
Price: £60 per table (maximum of 2 tables). Backers available at £10
Table and chairs provided
Outdoor gazebo spaces: Available for all types of traders.

🛖 Gazebo Spaces:
Size: 3m x 3m
Price: £75 each
You must bring your own gazebo, table, and chairs.
You can share a gazebo space with a friend, but we will only deal with the main booker, and full payment still applies.

📅 Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before 1st April: Full refund.
Cancel between 1st April and 1st July: Refund if the space is resold.
After 1st July: No refunds.

🚫 Note: No food or drink sales allowed, inside or outside. Anyone selling food or drink will be asked to leave.

📝 How to Apply:
You must complete the Google form to apply – no exceptions!
Expect a response within 2 weeks. If successful, payment is required immediately to secure your spot.

Distant Screams Events Ltd will be at Mystical Moon Makers Market - Christmas Special on Sunday 8th December in Liverpool

Planchette Place will be at The Hexmas Market on Saturday 7th December in Cardiff

Square Orange Art will be at University of Birmingham Christmas Market on Wednesday 4th December, Eckington Market on Friday 6th December and Lichfield Christmas Food Festival on both Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December

Knot like that will be at Baines Endowed Christmas Fair on Thursday 5th December in Poulton-le-Fylde and Sale Christmas Comic Con on Saturday 7th December

Canvas Creations will be at Sale Christmas Comic Con on Saturday 7th December and Trentham Makers Market on Sunday 8th December

Swift creations will be at the Craft and Gift Fair at Lytham Assembly Rooms on Sunday 8th December
