🧡 TOP TIP TUESDAY 🧡Congratulations you’re engaged!! But what’s next? This is where so many people get overwhelmed, before you know it you’re trying to look at venues with no idea how big you need it or how much anything will cost…..be honest…..true story right? 🙈😂Let’s break it down……STEP 1: CELEBRATE! This is exciting, don’t worry about everything else just now, live in the moment, drink the champers, scream it from the rooftops! 🍾STEP 2: That ring is something special, please please go get it insured, add it to your house insurance, if it doesn’t quite fit get it straight into the jewellers. You’ll be amazed at the amount of people who have mishaps, it’s too special not to have it covered 💍 STEP 3: Write your draft guest list. Day and night! Who could you 100% not be without on your special day? It doesn’t need to be exact don’t worry, but you can’t look at venues and work out finances until you know how many people you need to fit in 💒 STEP 4: The one that scares us all……the budget! How much realistically can you afford, you might have money put away already, family members may be helping out, you might be an expert saver, you might be on a super tight budget. Whatever your situation it’s important to know what you’ve got to work with and how long you need to save for before you can get to work on the rest 💰 STEP 5: The date! Once you’ve worked out the financial side of things this step becomes pretty easy. Choose your year first, do you picture a summer wedding? Winter wedding? So now choose your month.
