👋 Hut-Fest is back......but not in the field! 👀

We have decided to take a year off from the field this year and take extra time organising Hut-Fest 2025!! But fear not we will be holding Baby-Fest instead 🥳. A fun filled day with music and more importantly to raise money for charity! And what better place to hold the event than the Hut itself!!!

It was a great pleasure to meet today with the 3 charities, St Mary's Hospice , Rosemere Cancer Foundation and British Heart Foundation and hand over a staggering £3340.00 to each charity 🎉
We are extremely grateful and thankful for the support we received this year and the money we have raised. What a great community we live in 🥰

Now time to start planning next year.....

The final money count has taken place tonight....

We are pleased to announce that our final figure is an absolute fantastic 🌟£10,020!!!🌟 What a super amount raised for our 3 worthy charities!!

On behalf of all the committee we would like to say a very big THANK YOU to each every person who helped, sponsored, donated, played in a band, bought a ticket.....the list is endless 😃

Wow what can we say other than what a FANTASTIC day we had on Saturday! The support from everyone was amazing 👏 we really do have a brilliant community spirit. And it was all to raise money for 3 well deserved charities. St Marys Hospice, Rosemere and British Heart Foundation.

So we have started counting up and are still waiting on some donations to come in but so far we are up to a grand profit total of......... £6756.10p 😮👏

Thank you to everyone who sponsored, donated, gave up your time or helped out in anyway. It really is appreciated by all The Hut-Fest crew. We will hopefully have a final figure soon xx

On behalf of the Hut-Fest crew we would like to say a very big thank you to DG Bushell, Tangerine Company (Cark Manor), Stuart Procter, Glenn Nelson, Steve Marsden, Cannons transport, Chris Bent, The bands that played and the Sound guys.

Also a Very big thanks to all businesses who kindly sponsored the event!!
And also Unsworths Yard brewery, Dub Cocktails, The Pheasant, Higginsons Butchers, Ryan Benson & Lakes Loos.

Thank you to all who came along on the day, we hope you had the best time! We certainly did ❤

The support we have had has been fantastic, we will be counting up over the next few days and can't wait to share our final total with you all.

The marquee is up, the bar is stocked, the fields looking good... Hut-Fest 2023 is ready to go tomorrow!
The weather is looking ok from dinner time 🤞
We have got some seating but feel free to bring your own!!
💥Cash only on everything but the Bar which is both!!
💥Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
💥NO DOGS!!
💥Strictly NO ALCOHOL to be brought in!!

Please note there is a fully stocked bar, NO ALCOHOL is to be brought into the field!

We have a good range of everything that anyone would want. You can even buy your own reusable plastic Hut-Fest glass!!

Anyone found to have there own alcohol will have it confiscated!!! The day is about charity, the more spent on the bar the more money!
