This is our Speedway Christmas Silent Disco Party 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🪩🎧

We really really love a silent disco battle … so when our friends the all female rock band PRETTY CRAP threw down the gauntlet … how could we resist!

This will be the Silent Disco that no one will want to miss … and it’s at Christmas so expect festive bangers from both sides!

Behind our newly installed DJ booth will be the gals from rock band Pretty Crap with their fave tunes from 1970s & 80s vs Team Speedway with their fave tunes from 90s & 00s - plus a few little cheeky signatures tunes thrown in.

You can expect indie hits from the 70s to the 20's, alternative 70's & 80s, Glam, Punk, Goth, Rock, Disco, Dance Floor Classics .. and of course some Festive Tunes to sing along to 🙂

Anything goes so expect a high octane fun packed night with a brilliant selection of tunes, fun, inflatables and a good old messy fight on the dance floor. Not really - we love those girls !

Dancing to Thriller in the Graveyard and all dancing in a circle to the Time Warp under the Step Arch were two highlights for us!

Great start to the Halloween period and seeing everyone making such an effort.

Next one up will be Fancy Dress Christmas 🎅🏻 Ho Ho Ho

This weekend we were in the incredibly heartbreaking position of hosting a Silent Disco Memorial Celebration for the Queen of the Silent Disco - Lisa Ratner 🎧🪩💃🏼

Lisa was addicted to Silent Discos when she was first introduced to them by Silent Disco Diva, and she never looked back. The party started the second she arrived, and she danced ferociously, like nobody was watching, totally lost in the music. We danced together on the beach, in a graveyard, in kitchens and various clubs around Folkestone and Hythe. She often said the Silent Disco saved her many times so there was no better send off we could give her.

We will miss her terribly and there will always be a spare set illuminated and hung up in a corner for her at every event we do

We love you Lisa. Hope you’re throwing some great shapes wherever you are 🎧🪩🎧🪩🎧

Speedway Silent Disco & Nordic Fit GB did our first Sunset Silent Disco walk Saturday evening and it was awesome - lots of smiling faces, some great moves and we all felt like we had some good exercise and a good intake of sea air with lots of laughter 🪩🎧🕺🏼💃🏼

Our next walk will be a Brit Pop walk and on Sunday 14th May 5pm.

Sunset walk with us to the sounds of Blur, Pulp, Oasis and many more ☀️ 🎶🤩
