🌟 Sasha and André invite you to a special Friday HeartBeat 🌟

This February 7th, we’re gathering for an extended 2-hour Ecstatic Dance in the stunning hall of St. Eanswythe’s Primary School.

🗓 Friday, February 7th
🕕 6:45 PM – 8:45 PM
📍 St. Eanswythe's C of E Primary School, Central Folkestone

This is another Friday dance, an extended 2-hour session, with collaboration with guest artist, Church and Jungle! 🎉

✨ What’s New?

Extended Session: More time to immerse yourself in the music and movement.

Friday Energy: Start your weekend with connection and release.

Guest Artists: First up, Church and Jungle (aka Jamie) will guide us with a unique gratitude practice to set the tone for our evening.

Sasha will gently guide you into movement, creating a space for authentic self-expression and connection.

The dance itself will take you on a music adventure with a live DJ set curated by André. Expect a vibrant mix of Afrobeats, Tribal Beats, World Music, Funk, Electronic, and Ambient sounds, designed to help you move, release, and flow into the weekend.

As the session winds down, we’ll gather for a closing circle, a moment to reflect and connect with the energy we’ve created together. This is more than a dance—it’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, let go of what no longer serves you, and welcome in new intentions for the year ahead.

Whether you’ve joined us before or are stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, this is your invitation to be part of something special. There’s no right or wrong way to move—just come as you are, with an open heart and willingness to explore.

This Wednesday 25th we are holding our last outdoor dance of the season at the incredible gardens of Walmer Castle in Deal.

Although the weather isn't looking in our favour at the moment, we are aiming to go ahead and make a final call on the day.
IF we have to cancel the event all tickets will be fully refunded as usual :)
