Huge congratulations to this lovely couple, married in the beautiful setting of the Angus glens last week at the stunning Rottal Steading Rottal Events & Accommodation.

It was an absolute pleasure to provide the canapés and wedding meal for all their family and friends on this special day.

We had the absolute pleasure of catering Becky & Gavin’s wedding on Saturday at the stunning The Weaving Shed Studios, Old Glamis Factory

Wishing them all the love & happiness as Mr & Mrs 💕💍

Settings were gold petal chargers with Moss Verona napkins by 88 Events set on the beautiful wooden tables at the venue 😍

On the menu:
Grazing table - a relaxed alternative to canapés for the wedding reception, allowing guests to nibble away as they please

Mains
Rump of Aberdeen Angus beef, fondant potato, glazed carrot, savoy cabbage & bacon, red wine jus

Chicken supreme, dauphinnoise potatoes, haggis bon bon, summer vegetables, Fettercairn whisky sauce

Vegetable puff pastry wellington with cheddar mash & seasonal vegetables

Set up for Kirsty & Ryan’s big day at Carlogie House, Carnoustie - a beautiful private venue, perfect for an intimate wedding and stay for a few days with family and friends.
The sun shone at the crucial moment yesterday for the ceremony in the lovely gardens. Huge congratulations to the happy couple, it was a pleasure to be part of their celebrations 💕🎊
