Retired professional photographer Nigel McMillan is running an evening class for 8 weeks of 2 hour sessions. Learn about all those different settings and how to get better photographs, with plenty of time for questions and answers!

🎶 SINGING IN GLENUIG 🎶
9th June, 11am - 4pm
Scots Song Workshop with Christine Kydd,
"THE ONLY THING BETTER THAN SINGING IS MORE SINGING"

And the only thing better than singing alone is singing with others in an enthusiastic, welcoming group! And where better than a relaxed Sunday full day singing workshop at Glenuig Hall with Christine Kydd, one of Scotland's most highly regarded tutors and performers.
The workshop will start at 11am with some easy warm-ups and some short songs. Over the course of the afternoon, Christine will take you through a variety of songs from the Scots repertoire and also explore the background and meaning of songs; so plenty of new things to learn, and some harmony parts too!
Above all, this workshop is about having fun and making singing in Scots as easy as possible. All welcome and no previous experience neccesary!

In just two weeks time, Bright Productions will be bringing the drama of The Massacre of Glencoe to Glenuig Hall with 'Lament', a spellbinding and haunting depiction of this infamous, historical event.
Earlier that day there will be a family-friendly drama workshop from 3-4pm - why not come along to release your own theatrical activity in a series of fun exercises? 🎭
From age 8 to adults of any age. Children younger than 8 are welcome, if accompanied by a parent. Tickets £5
