The world of vintage china is perfect for weddings and it you saw my post yesterday to will have read the reasons. In this post, I want to let you know about the services The Vintage Tea Service offers.

🥂 China only packages - you may already have a caterer or your wedding is in a hotel. This style of package is therefore perfect for your wedding.

There are 5 packages available with consideration about the type of table - round or long. In addition, how many guests do you want to share a 3 tier cake stand.

🥂 China and Catering Packages - perfect for a village hall, marquees. These packages are based around every 2 guests sharing a 3 tier cake stand. The china is calculated on your table set-up.

🥂 The Top Table Package is an add-on that provides additional items for the happy couple and top table guests to enjoy an extra level of luxury. This package includes a beautiful dinner plate for layering, an 8" plate, a teacup, saucer and tea plate, dedicated cutlery for the top table, champagne saucers or flutes, and napkins

🥂 The Morning of Wedding package is FREE if the reception/breakfast china is booked with The Vintage Tea Service. The bride will receive a package for up to 8 guests, with the aim of providing some glamour while getting ready. This package is going to be updated to give the bride more choice on what she wants.

🥂 You may be interested in just hiring certain china, accessories,or even cutlery, that's fine too.

🥂 Bespoke is ok,too. You want to specify the exact china and accessories for your wedding reception/breakfast.

🍾 Most importantly, the packages don't mean set china. Everything is bespoke to your taste, ideas, and what you'd like.

Happy New Year! Sorry I'm a bit late to the party on my wishes. I haven't really posted much recently, but I thought I jump on here for the first time in 2025. So here are some of my favourite images!!

Enquiries and bookings are starting to come in for weddings in 2025 and 2026, which is absolutely fantastic. This week, I had a lovely email from a bride to be, which started:

Yesterday, I picked up this stunning tea set comprising of 6 teacups, saucers and tea plates, a cake plate, cream jug and sugar bowl.

Wouldn’t ths look wonderful at a wedding breakfast!! An exceptionally rare find and a wonderful add to my collection. This beautiful set is from the fabulous Tuscan factory and was produced in either the 1930's or 40's. It has been in one family all this time and was a wedding present for the couple who married in the late 1940's.

There are 8 of these beautiful turquoise, soft pink base, with gold, and some floral detail. The teapot is stunning and holds around 2 pints of tea!!
