Thank you to everyone who came and supported me today on the busiest day in my calendar.
The good news is that there's plenty left to go again tomorrow!
If you need some last minute Mother's Day flowers I'll be at the Market Cross from 9am Sunday (they'll be better than the supermarkets!)

Starts with at ’The Cottage’ salon with a few stalls , festive food and drinks , collect your naughty elf trail entry form ,then on up to St. Andrews church with music from the Orchard Academy Brass Band,carry on to the top for hot chocolate and doughnuts and lots more stalls in the village hall !

Thanks for the constant support everyone. Can anyone possibly let me know who the kind lady who helped me with my accident was. She organized help pushing the van off me and was a massive comfort throughout. Holding my hand and keeping me awake.

I must say how amazed my father and I are at the level of love and support shown by everyone who knows us and the flower stall.
Thanks very much.
Feeling stiff and ache in the back more than anything now. Sleep is the worst affected part of life. On the whole I am rattling on at about 80%chipper rate.

I must say how touched I am for the good will messages I have received following the accident. My bottom leg bones of my right leg are broken, the left leg is grazed badly and I consider myself lucky that too isn't broken. Thanks kindly for setting up the go fund me page. Your kindness is quite tear-jerking ( literally). The bones are going to be pinned in the next day or so. Not looking forward to physio.

Stuart the Fashionman? New venture today at Gillingham & Shaftesbury Show 2022. We had a great day and can't wait for the next one at Frome Agricultural & Cheese Show. Fantastic selection of Sailcloth and Jersey items in all your favourite colours.
Don't worry - I'll still be there with the flowers as usual!

It will be a bit different Saturday. Premade bunches for gifts and business and the ever favourite posies. Pictures to follow. Don't forget I have home grown flowers.

Although I am able to take both cash and card I prefer cash.
Today I had a failed payment. The customer bank account said that it had gone through. As it was only a fiver it didn't matter. He said he would pay if it didn't leave his account. If it was a large sum there would have been a lot of trouble.
Also if busy I have had people who have left the stall before the payment was completed. We both thought it had. This doesn't just happen to me.
When you think it costs 6 percent of my annual profit. Just as a percentage fee. I consider it an unnecessary expense, another tax and very far from progress. Although I have to take both just to be fair. Cash is quick, done and dusted.
