Well, what a lovely day. I was like the child in the sweetie shop - 1hour 45min drive to my favourite shop - Florist Wedding & Craft Supplies (FWCS) at Cheadle near Stoke on Trent. A worthwhile visit now bursting with joy and rearing to go. Watch this space. Thank you Jason, Claire & team. You are all so good.

A lovely lady called with me and bought one of my orchid arrangements - she then went on to have these two arrangements having supplied the containers and also the flowers for the tall vase . Following her exact instructions these are the results. I hope you like .

Happy Friday everyone. As I patiently waited for Postman Pat to bring me my supplies yesterday a put together a couple of arrangements to show the beauty of Faux Silk flowers. A table centre - please forgive the gold candle it’s only there for effect and a small hat box arrangement. Have fun and I hope you like these.

I mentioned this place in a post I put on a few days ago. It is a residential area and every road/street comes alive with the blossoms at this time of the year. I remember it fondly when living in Northern Ireland. Might get to see it shortly.
