I’m back with Cold Club this week, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday at DragonsGate. The Dragons Gate Dragons Gate Swim Tribe
Cold Club is a supported swim, no need to find other swim pals, I will be there to offer advice & encouragement, to keep you swimming all through the chilly months.
I also have an Introduction to Cold Water Swimming on Sunday 17th & Sat 30th Nov.
Come & learn how to safely start this fantastic chilly hobby.
