Another Greggs event in the bag! 🎉 This time, we pulled off their epic franchise event. Full AV & set design by yours truly. Oh, and yes, the iconic sausage roll swing made an appearance!

While the teams are busy with an install and a conference (stay tuned for updates!), Sam's been in Leeds checking out a venue for an event next month. Aspire Leeds is an amazing spot, and we’re super excited for our first event there!

It’s been a non-stop week, from conferences to expos! We’ve had everything covered with full AV setups, custom gobos, silent headsets, full presentation recordings, and our signature BigMicBalls. Not to mention our giant tap making its mark! And guess what? The week isn’t over yet—we’ve got even more events coming up!

While our director Sam is in Barcelona at ISE scouting new kit, the team back home has been running full throttle! 🎥🔊 From full AV support to videography at a conference at the Hilton, we’ve been on the go. No time to rest! Our teams are back in action, which included an early morning conference for one of our production teams at Teesside Airport for an early conference. 💼✈️ Always on the go, delivering top-notch service wherever we’re needed!

What an epic event! We had an amazing time providing full AV support, room dressing, and video/photo capture for the Greggs Conference 2025. From drone shots to a custom Instagram area with a sausage roll swing! Some stats: We filmed and edited all conference videos including the use of drone footage. We had our vast range of Absen Europe LED Video Wall throughout the venue as well as using our Epson 16k & 15k projectors. 20 crew on site. Over 1,000 delegates. Highlight video to come.

Yesterday was the Northumbrian Water Innovation Festival booster session at the Boilershop. This included 5 workshops with silent headsets and our amazing BigMicBalls with all discussions being recorded. Great to see everyones Christmas jumpers!

The team are recovering from the amazing Northumbrian Water Innovation Festival 2024. With 2 indoor LED Video Walls, 3 outdoor LED Video Walls, custom sets, over 50 breakout rooms, 2,220 silent headsets on 37 different channels, 90 LED TVs, 16 PA systems including full outdoor coverage across the racecourse, 6000 metres of bunting, full site branding, Live and remote cameras, onsite video editors, a bespoke Rocket Ship and of course the Giant Tap! With a crew of over 30 we want to thank our Big Purple family, freelancers and suppliers for all their hard work!

Some exciting news! The Set Guise are now part of The Big Purple Group. We are expanding our set building, prop making and exhibition building department and we can't wait to see what we create together!
