May you Rest In Peace...

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Trigger (Roy Rogers) today, someone who graced my Karaoke nights over the last decade.

From the days of The Command House (Where Trigger also hosted a Saturday Night Karaoke) through Monday & Wednesday Night Karaoke and Pub Idol Karaoke Competition.

Also known to stalk me at the Alexandra Pub in Chatham on a Wednesday Night for Karaoke.

Trigger was definitely a character and loved by many who followed him on his own journey of Karaoke with his dedicated "Triggers Tribe"...

Early days I helped Trigger expand his Karaoke and became good friends with many a fun time to be had, as you can see from all my photos.

Later down the line, for whatever reason, me and Trigger fell out and went our separate ways - these things happen in life...

Not to dwell on the past in a negative way, I want to celebrate Triggers life and remember all the good times we had along with many others.

To that end I wish to send my condolences to Kerry his wife and his family and friends for their loss.

"You are free now my friend..."

-::- Corona Virus [COVID-19] Announcement -::-

Hello everyone...

In light of the recent outbreak of the Corona Virus [COVID-19] I have started to increase the sanitisation of my DJ & Karaoke equipment and Microphones.

My Microphones are always cleaned anyway, but they will now be sanitised after every performance and hand sanitiser / wipes will also be available.

I will be withdrawing my Karaoke books for the foreseeable future, to help prevent any cross contamination.

I will be following UK Government & NHS guidelines and all my events will run as normal at this time.

In the event the UK Government decide to change their stance and enact a ban on social gatherings and events, then my policy will change and all those affected will be updated.

UK NHS Advice

How to avoid catching or spreading corona virus:

Do

Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds.

Always wash your hands when you get home or into work.

Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze.

Put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards.

Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.

Don't:

Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
