Busy old day for team HCK, two large bereavement teas successfully catered for at Warwick up on Eden Church and Nichol Forest Hall.
Many thanks to my wonderful team Dawn , Anne, and Tracey you are all amazing! and many thanks to Anne & Anna for picking up a tea pot and giving us a hand at such short notice.
Feelin my 4.30 am start tonight!

Wow! 7 days of sheer madness for the Hadrians Country Kitchen team!!!!

5 large functions all now complete.. travelling to Wigton, Carlisle, Lanercost, Dalston and Nichol Forest ..

With more than 60 loaves of bread buttered and filled, 50 + traybakes now just a distant memory along with all the additional savoury items, cream cakes and canapés!

I really can not thank my wonderful team enough for all their hard work, we have certainly had a busy few days, all made so much easier with the good crack and lots of laughs!

As always we sadly forgot to take any photos 🙈 apart from today!

Day off tomorrow before we start with the next! 😊

Busy day for the Hadrians Country Kitchen team, with refreshments heading in all directions, down to the North West Auctions at Jct 36 to the Beef Expo event, traybakes and savouries for the XL Vets Group stand …and over the border to Canonbie where fabulous bereavement refreshments were served by the team for a lovely local family.. busy few days but so very rewarding, lots of lovely comments and thoroughly enjoyed by all!

Got a bit of baking done this afternoon for the Beef Expo event at Jct 36 on Saturday, and for a funeral tea taking place on the same day.. all ready to be finished tomorrow.. feeling accomplished!

Another really busy day for the Hadrians Country Kitchen team, im so pleased to be at the end of this week, it’s been a very hectic one with four large functions catered for!
Great venue today at Hethersgill, what a fabulous Hall it is, newly refurbished with excellent facilities, easily accommodating the 200 + guests who attended!
Thankyou to my lovely team for all your help and support this week, i really couldn’t do it all without you!
