Based in the heart of Scotland, Alice Jay Bridal is a small business by a girl with a bridal dream! Our packaging is pretty but still discreet.

Packaging

All of our orders are packaged with love and care. They are delicately wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and gift bags/ boxes. If your order is for a gift, message us if you would like a gift card added inside free of charge.

Custom Made Orders

All of our custom orders are created and designed with you. If you would like a custom made accessory, please message us so we can discuss w

hat kind of accessory and the look you need to match your wedding gown or theme. All custom orders are non returnable as they have been designed and made specifically for you.

Shipping Times

Our turnaround times for our accessories to be shipped out to you can increase/decrease depending on the time of year. Currently our order can take between 3 - 6 weeks to be created and shipped out. If you need your items before then please contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss the possibility to do a rush order. Please attach a note of your wedding date with your order so we know when your order is needed by.

U.K. Orders

Our postage cost for accessory orders is £3.50. We offer free postage on orders over £90. We send our orders through Royal Mail postage which normally take approx 3-5 days. To discuss postage options please contact us before ordering.

International Orders

Unfortunately at the moment I do not send any orders over seas. If you have any questions please feel free to message me.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a refund with the exception of custom made accessories and earrings. To return your order please contact us so we can discuss returning the items.

Cancelations

You can cancel your order before the item is posted out to you by contacting us directly. If we are unable to supply you with an item due to the item being out of stock or unavailable we will inform you of this by email or messenger. We will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

👰 Bridal Advice of the Week 👰
At a wedding fair recently, I was chatting to a bride who told me she was planning a summer wedding but really wanted navy bridesmaid dresses. She’d been told dark colours were “too wintery.”
My advice to her? 💬 It’s your wedding — if you love it, go for it!
You don’t have to stick to dark colours in winter or light ones in summer. If navy, emerald, or burgundy feel like you — they’ll look beautiful no matter the season.
In 10 years’ time, when you look back at your photos, you’ll want to see a wedding that reflects your style, not what a colour chart said was “right.”
So whether it’s navy in June or blush in December — pick what you love, and it’ll always be timeless. ✨

Ever since I was little, I’ve been obsessed with magical shoes. 👑
From Cinderella’s glass slipper and Dorothy’s ruby reds, to the iconic Swarovski crystal Louboutins — they all captured that same feeling of transformation and magic. ✨
To me, shoes have always represented that fairytale moment — the idea that one special pair can make you feel unstoppable. 💕
So when it came to choosing my own bridal shoes, I knew they had to be special. I went for blush pink, crystal-covered Kurt Geigers — sparkly, romantic, and so me. 👠💎
It’s amazing how something as simple as shoes can hold so much meaning. For me, they’re a reminder that sometimes, a touch of sparkle really can change everything. 💫

You don’t have to cry for it to be your dress. 💕
When I found mine, as much as I am a total cryer (honestly, I cry at most things 😅), there were no tears — just a quiet confidence. I looked in the mirror and said, “I want this dress, and I’m not leaving without it.”
And that’s when I knew. 🤍
Every bride reacts differently — some cry, some laugh, and some just know. What matters most is that you feel completely yourself and you can picture walking down the aisle in that gown.
Trust your gut, not the reaction you think you’re supposed to have. ✨

👰 Bridal Advice of the Week 👰
Last weekend at a wedding fair, I was chatting to a lovely bride who’s getting married on the beach. 🐚 She told me she’d always dreamed of a ballgown but felt she had to choose something more “beachy” to match her venue.
I told her what I tell every bride — don’t pick a dress to suit your venue or your theme, pick the one that feels like you. 💕
Your wedding day is the one moment where everything should feel true to who you are — and your dress should make you light up when you look in the mirror, no matter where you’re saying “I do.” ✨
She smiled and said she instantly felt so much better… and that’s exactly why I love what I do. 🤍

Hi everyone, Alice here, but not really…

My name is Chloe and I am the wee creator and owner of Alice Jay Bridal.

I wish I could have introduced myself sooner but things in my life held me back. Thankfully those things are gone and I can let go and be me!

I created Alice Jay Bridal as my biggest passion in life is helping brides and everything weddings. I have worked in the bridal industry since my very first proper job 8 years ago and it now felt time to channel my creativity and love of weddings into something for myself. My business is named after my 2 best friends, my beautiful baby sister Alice and the love of my life, my husband Jay! I married my love in 2018 and created Alice Jay Bridal in a wee note book a few months later. My husband inspired me to follow my dreams and start my own wee bridal business.

A Previous manager once told me “I never take chances in life” And now hearing her say those words in my head I can’t even imagine living that way! If you don’t take chances in life your not living! By not taking a chance, I would never have met my husband and I would never have created Alice Jay Bridal.

So many of my friends have taken that jump and started their own little businesses and I knew that I needed to do the same for myself! So I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me and continues to support me in this adventure.
