Our team is either already in Glasgow setting up or heading up this afternoon. We will be unable to check emails from 11am onwards today. The office will reopen 8th Aug 2022. Please see below answers to the main questions we receive.

1. IF you purchased your ticket through Helm Tickets many months ago (and are unable to download it) You will have been sent a ticket to the same email addresses originally used by our new ticketing company called FIXR.CO (Please check your spam from a few weeks back). Every single person was sent a ticket so please double check. 😊. If you are really still struggling then bring proof of your Helm ticket purchase to the front desk and they will be able to help.

2. Tickets Online will close at 6pm tonight! We are EXTREMELY Close to maximum capacity so advise purchasing in advance to avoid disappointment. There is NO Guarantee there will be tickets available on the door. 🚧 Once tickets are one, they are gone!

We have a great team of people who will be able to help with any issues on the day at the convention. Remember to bring a bottle of water with you, a fully charged phone, money for transport if needed and most importantly tell someone where you are going! 💧📱💳😊.
