Morning everyone.

Just to reiterate as I’ve had several enquiries about this recently.

1. Until deposit has been paid, the booking has not been confirmed unless you have discussed this with Emily.

2. Funny Faces are fully insured with public liability insurance but this insurance does not cover children under age 2.
If your child is under 2 and has their face painted by a member of our team, it is at your discretion and responsibility.

3. Emily has undertaken full inclusion and neurodivergence training. If your child has any kind of medical condition (ie epilepsy) or is neurodivergent (ie ADHD) please let Emily know. This is simply so we can adapt to best suit that child’s needs.

A new request from yesterday: “can I please have a pink, purple, blue, and white galaxy design with pink glitter?”

After a quick google search for some inspiration, and some confirmation and positive vibes, this is what we ended with xx

Emily had such fun at your party today! We hope you all liked your face paint and sparkles!

A wee note for mums/dads/ carers!
If your wee one has glitter applied with the gel, or festival glitter, remove the bulk of the glitter and gel with a wet wipe before putting your child in the bath or shower, otherwise the glitter will go everywhere!

As 2023 draws to a close, I’d just like to say a huge THANK YOU! To all our customers, old and new, for having us at their special days this year.

I’d also like to say that I recently completed inclusion training for the third time and would like to reiterate that everyone is welcomed by Funny Faces.
We are a neurodivergent friendly company with plenty of experience.
If you or your child need to stop for a few minutes and step away, it’s not a problem.

I recently did a party with a young child who has sensory issues and uses adaptive sign language. These things take two minutes to accommodate and that child left with a smile wider than a rainbow.
Sometimes inclusion isn’t training and certifications and ticking boxes. It’s taking time to learn about each and every person and how best we can support them.

From the bottom of my heart, 2023 was such a fantastic year for all of us at Funny Faces, so thank you all so much!
