Clubbercise is more than just a fun workout – the cleverly integrated cardio, toning and combat moves increase the fitness benefits.

The routines are easy-to-follow with high and low impact options to suit all abilities.

Classes are taught with nightclub-style lighting and our trademark reusable LED glow sticks, set to a soundtrack of club anthems from the 90s to the latest hits.

Clubbercise offers proven results to participants, both for their physical and mental health.

It’s like this…you either hit it right, right position-posture-nail it every time and make a difference to yourself or you go elsewhere to who doesn’t give a s**t about you-your position-your posture, just numbers, you end up, injured , disheartened, sore (in the wrong ways), scared. I don’t throw people starting out on their fitness journey right in with those even a few weeks ahead.

Fancy shiny machines look great, but in reality your own body is all the machine you need, your own body weights often more than what you would push in a gym.

Don’t get bogged down with social media, complicated moves that cos they look ‘good’ you think are benefiting you. The music-their looks

Don’t think “that’s too hard, I could never do that”

Don’t join someone who takes joy in their participants feeling sick or being sick 🤢

Don’t be a number

BE YOU

Start from exactly where your at

Have your lifestyle and day to day circumstances taken into account

Have someone who will recognise these but also push you when your using them as an excuse

Have someone who will look at you, see you’ve had a bad day but turned up anyway and adjust your workout accordingly
