Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader with experience in a busy retail environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible with hours, possess a clean current driving licence, and be available to work approximately 30 hours per week, including Fridays and Saturdays. This role is based at our shop in Hillington.



Key Responsibilities:


* Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced setting

* Create and design innovative balloon arrangements for various events to a high standard

* Drive company vehicle to venues, co-ordinate and oversee deliveries as required

* Support the team with training and development

* Perform administrative tasks and be able to use Microsoft and other software applications



This is a demanding, yet fun and rewarding role. We will offer a competitive salary for the right candidate. If you have the skills and enthusiasm to thrive in this role, we would love to hear from you.
