Job Advert: Bar Manager – Function Suite

Position: Bar Manager� Hours: 22 hours per week (primarily weekends), with potential for overtime
�Location: Petershill Park, Springburn. �
Salary: starting at £12.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team at our vibrant function suite. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Order and manage stock to ensure smooth bar operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to hygiene standards.
Take and manage party bookings efficiently and professionally.
Oversee general bar operations during functions and events.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older (due to the sale of alcohol).
Previous bar experience is essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work weekends and occasional overtime for events.
Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and stock management.

Throw Back Thursday to Breakfast at Glasgow City Council CHFP 2023.
