We would just like to thank our funder at Glasgow City Council for allowing this to happen.

The holiday food programme for week Monday 1st July – Friday 5th July is now FULLY BOOKED
To be fair to everyone and allow as many children as possible to participate in this programme, please note all the conditions of booking and only 3 bookings per child per week.
ONLY FOR CHILDREN LIVING WITHING GLASGOW
If anyone books for more than 3 sessions the additional bookings will be cancelled and any freed-up spaces will be made available each Sunday.
Bookings go live every Thursday
There are lots of other free activities happening across Glasgow and in our area. I have already posted the link to this.

It’s no more than 3 sessions per week per child. I can see that there is a few people that have booked for everyday. Your bookings will be automatically cancelled if you book more than 3 sessions.

The reason for this is we are trying to reach as many children as possible and for fairness.

Could everyone please RESPECT this rule.

ONLY FOR CHILDREN LIVING WITHING GLASGOW Bookings for the Holiday Food & Activity programme will open tomorrow, Thursday 27th June and every Thursday.

PLEASE READ THE BOOKING CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.

Gladigator’s Holiday and Activity Programme booking conditions
The following apply to booking conditions for the Summer Food Programme.

▪️By making a booking you are agreeing to keeping these basic conditions

▪️As this programme is always in high demand these rules are in place to allow as many people as possible to participate in the programme.
Also, to allow everyone to have an enjoyable fun visit.

▪️At all times our staff should be treated with respect.

▪️Entry will be at 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm and once the shutters are raised fully.
Do not try and entre before these times, do not come under the shutters.

▪️Bookings will only open a week in advance. Normally on a Thursday for the following week.

▪️It is the accompanying adult’s responsibility to supervise their children at all times and any issues you may have, speak to a member of staff.

▪️This is not a drop of service.

▪️The programme is for children aged between 1 and 9 years.

▪️1 adult per booking and maximum 4 children
Only 1 booking per family per day. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled

❌ONLY 3 BOOKINGS PER WEEK PER CHILD!!Additional bookings after 3 will be cancelled❌

▪️If you book and do not turn up, with no contact with us, any other bookings will be cancelled. Just send us a FB message.

▪️No outside food or drink allowed, this includes, cake, biscuits, sweets, McD’s, Greggs, chippy etc

▪️Any allergens or special dietary requirements should be discussed with staff prior to visit. Just pm us before visit.

▪️Absolutely NO moving the tables and chairs, these are set up to allow safe pathways.
Prams must not be blocking pathways, please speak to a member of staff for a safe place to leave prams.

▪️During this free programme we do expect some help from the adults, you should keep your area clean and tidy, before leaving any dishes/cutlery etc should be returned to the servery area and all rubbish to be cleared from tables and large pieces of food lifted from the floor and put in the bins provided.

🚨We reserve the right to tell anyone who cannot keep to these basic rules they can longer participate in this programme.🚨
