“Everyone who works here is super friendly and very welcoming. For me there was no awkwardness when going in each time and always being offered refreshments while you wait. I had Taylor who helped me find my dress and quickly figured out white was not for me and was not comfortable being in. On the 3rd dress I found the one, black and glittery. I wasn’t pressured to pick a dress there and then and Taylor took her time with me to make sure I was comfortable she even accommodated for me to surprise my niece asking her to be my flower girl. The seamstress was brilliant, down to earth and very quick and precise in what she does, was extremely happy with the outcome of my dress. I was recommended Brides In The City by my friend who went to another place before here and for her it was night and day with the girls attitude, helpfulness and the atmosphere all together.
Thank you everyone for making me feel happy with myself being in a place where I was able to be myself and find my dress.”

A little bit about us...

We are a bridal store located at Glasgow’s Charing Cross area on 30 St Georges Road.

All of our gowns are designed in house by our award winning designer and are all completely customisable. We work with brides every day to help bring their dress vision to life. By offering a range of customisation options on all of our dresses, we offer a unique bridal experience. To make sure you have the best experience there will be a team of highly trained bridal stylists in the fitting rooms to look after you and give advice on style, fit, shape and alterations. You can either make an appointment or pop in at your own convenience.

We have exclusive new designs from our two collections all available to try on in store in a variety of sizes - The Classics and The Contemporary Collection - priced between £299 and £1,599. To complete your bridal look, we offer a full range of shoes, veils, hair accessories and underskirts. Our dresses can be ordered the same day you try on and take around 16 weeks to arrive in store depending on customisation and design.

Our goal is to make all of your dreams come true when it comes to your wedding dress shopping experience and to help find you the dress you have always dreamed of. We recommend visiting us between 6 months and a year before your big day, as this allows you plenty of time to choose your dress, have it ordered and delivered to store and time for alterations appointments to make sure your dress fits perfectly.
