Hi there!
It’s about time we properly introduced ourselves, don’t you think? We’re Chris and Ewan—nice to finally say hello! We started Top Table back in 2010 when we were working at the same coffee shop chain. By 2014, we were lucky enough to take the leap and make Top Table our full-time gig, and we’ve never looked back since.
A lot’s happened over the years! Ewan got married in 2012, and Chris followed in 2023. We’ve said hello (and goodbye) to some beloved cats, visited loads of amazing countries, bought houses, and gone through way too many cars (some of them real gems, others... not so much).
When we’re not capturing wedding magic, Chris loves chasing the perfect shot through mountain landscapes, always on the hunt for the right light and composition. Ewan? He’s more into soaking up the scenery on two wheels, cruising along on his road bike. We’ve got tons of new adventures planned for 2025—bring it on!
Meeting and working with so many incredible couples over the years has been the best part of this journey. 2024 was a whirlwind, taking us all over Scotland and England, and our passion for capturing weddings has only grown. We can’t wait to see what 2025 (and beyond) has in store.
