We only use 100% grade A chicken breast which is all hand trimmed. It comes at a high price and we have had a 10% price increase in the last couple of weeks, despite this we have absorbed the increase for the time being. We refuse to use inferior cheap grade B chicken that the vast majority of food establishments use. We have always offered value for money using the best ingredients.

A great wee couple of days away, back to reality and to start planning for the week ahead. We will be running stock quite tight for the markets next weekend as it's the start of holiday season.
