is so much more than just one day!
I felt the need to share a wee post to highlight what you actually get as part of my package
An initial consultation on wedding plans to determine what stage you are at and the level of assistance required.
Your meeting 6 weeks prior to the wedding at your venue
I create a detailed timeline of the day starting with where the bridal party will get ready right through to the last song played. I look at a very realistic timeline ensuring that the set-ups co-ordinate with the suppliers/venue and if there are any potential restrictions on the day.
I identify the roles & responsibilities of staff, venue & suppliers
I assist with guest list management, floor layouts, set-up & logistics of the day
I'm always on hand to offer advice /guidance for any last minute queries
I produce a detailed plan reflecting all of the above information for you
I am the one point of contact to liaise with your suppliers to confirm the access times, set-up & logistics you’ve previously agreed with them approx. 2 weeks prior.
I'm there on the day to professionally coordinate, assist with any last minute set-up, meet & greet suppliers, keep to timings and oversee the running of the day.
You get 20 years experience & peace of mind 😌

Yesterday I had a wander (or waddle at this stage #pregnantlife🤰) through the city centre for a venue site visit. It's great being able to get out to do these things again - so much has changed in town I think. It's been a while since I've been out.
A wee bonus on my way to the venue - I captured these gorgeous floral installations and felt the need to share - they really create an impact and a beautiful entrance! A great way to make your business stand out!
