Hi All - well fair to say it’s Goodbye summer
👋☀️☔️😂 - not sad about it in the slightest- as it means hello autumn 🌲🍁🌳🍂🍃 🪵🤗- my fave time of year
🤎🧡💛 took a day off to go foraging for chanterelle mushrooms today with my husband Sandy and got soaked - but loved it 🥰

No full meal prep menu this week - it will be a reduced menu for collection Thursday or Friday - as I’m taking a bit of time with the change of seasons to catch up on paperwork and to think about - ahem dare I say it - Christmas and winter menus 🫣🤭
will post it in the next few hours 🤗
All will be back to normal next week 🍋🌱

‼️LONG POST ALERT - PLEASE READ - IT EXPLAINS HOW IT ALL WORKS ‼️ So I’ve had a few folks ask me how it works - so here we are 🙋‍♀️ each week I’ll post a menu on Facebook of what’s available - one for meals for home and one for lunch on the go ! If anyone would like menus for family and friends not on Facebook I print these off also and have them at the unit 👀Have a wee looksie and see if you fancy anything - if you do , find me on Facebook and tap the blue button 🟦 to message me or the email link 📧to email ,and the phone ☎️to call me - place your order and we can arrange a collection time ( message is preferred and easiest method ) 🥘🏡🥡if it’s meal Prep for home - these are available for collection Tuesday - Sunday. If you want to microwave your main meal let me know and it will come in a microwave friendly container, if not they will be in foil containers suitable for the oven - everything is homemade fresh by me and will last 4 days once refrigerated. clear cooking instructions are on the packaging and simply needs reheating when you want to enjoy it 😋 NOTE - All oven dishes can be customised to suit larger family size portions - they just come in a bigger tray 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 😊 🍵🥪🥗🥯 if it’s Munchthyme menu - this is only available tues- Friday 10am- 1pm collection only , and all items are ready to eat 😋 Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer in advance .
