Evening folks, a little reminder about this weekends events:

Sunday 15th September

Squad Training
10am to 12pm
Yellow belt and above

Referee refresher
12pm to 1pm
Everyone welcome

Both of these sessions are at the Jook-Am TKD Centre and are free to everyone.

For Squad you will need:

Water
Sweat towel
Sparring gear

For the referee refresher it is advised you bring a notepad and pen if you require to take notes.

Look forward to seeing some of you there - remember you do not need to be going to a comp to come along. If you are not training, come and hold some pads and assist!

In preparation for this exciting opportunity! GTF Scotland will be providing additional competition preparation training sessions at Jook-Am Taekwon-Do Centre. These sessions are compulsory for those who’d like to join the competition Squad heading to Greece in 2025! Preparation starts with Squad training on Sunday 15th September from 10am to 12noon at Jook-Am centre in Glenrothes. Over the coming weeks & months there will be training events & fundraising opportunities to support GTF Scotland Instructors & Students wishing to be part of this exciting journey. Whether you want to train to be part of the squad, train to form a team or gain more experience working with other Instructors & students- this is for you!
