Me and my wee mum had a rare wee night out together last night. I helped organise an NHS theatre staff reunion.
A theatre orderly was one of my very first jobs and my mum is (now) a retired theatre nurse.
It was so nice to see so many get together and reminisce.
I got to personally thank the surgeon (who's patients I used to deliver), for training the amazing surgeon that helped save my life last year.

We had the gorgeous Stephanie Gilmour singing for us. She is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to speak to. I will definitely be making a point of going to see her again soon.

It wasn't the best experience at the venue so we wont go there 🤣, however the waitressing/bar staff were all amazing. It's such a shame what some staff have to put up with in this day and age.
Everyone deserves respect💗

Our January clearout weekends have been going great. I cant believe the amount of stuff I have accumulated over the years 🙈. Numerous van loads to the tip (huge thanks to my other half Alan), a van load for the charity shop, and still more stuff to go through 🤦‍♀️
Excited to get things exactly how I want them though. 2025 gonna be a fab year 💗💗

Keep your eyes peeled for some special offers coming over the next few weeks. I have a lot of balloons that need used to make room for new stock. Chloe has been working hard organising them.

After following my updates here, i was approaced and asked if i would be happy to give an interview to help raise awareness of Bowel Cancer. I was unsure at the time, but I'm so glad I did. If it helps save even one life, I will be happy 💗

Deborah Morrison was diagnosed in April this year after raising concerns about an unusual bowel movement.

This was the vans windscreen on our way out to do door garlands yesterday morning. Like wee xmas trees 🎄
I have been feeling a bit off this week and put it down to just overdoing things a bit since finishing chemo. However I'm currently sporting a sore throat, sniffles and cough so that's prob the reason.
Huge thanks to my lovely customers for allowing me to jiggle things around this week 💖💖
