ANNOUNCEMENT!
It is with some sadness that I am today announcing the closure of Cards4ever. Having spent 20 years in the wedding stationery industry, this has undoubtedly been a very difficult decision to make. I want to express my thanks to all of my clients over the years with whom it was a joy and a privilege to share in their special day and to know that I have contributed to that in even a small way.

My very best wishes and continued happiness to all of you and to all of the friends and colleagues I have met along the way.

The wedding industry was always an exciting business to be part of and I am sure, despite the current climate, that it will continue to thrive and bring joy to many.

The Scottish Government has gave some update to restrictions for wedding receptions.

Here's the main takeaways from the most recent guidance:

🎼 Live music is set to be permitted with appropriate mitigations from level 2, which we're set to enter in Scotland from 17th May

🕺 Although live music might be making a welcome comeback, dancing isn't set to be on the cards until until we enter level 0.

✨The only exception to dancing is the couple’s ‘first dance’ and a dance between parents where they live in the same household.

🪑 Your guests will have to remain seated, with restrictions on seating arrangements the same as with those applied in other indoor hospitality settings.

🏕 If you're planning a marquee wedding, it all depends on the setting and manner in which it is used. The main factors include if the marquee is set up in a private dwelling (such as a garden) or on the grounds of a regulated venue, like a hotel.
