Thank you for the lovely compliments of how great the Fayre was, were impressed by such a wide variety of services, businesses and network available locally.... 💯 ⭐ ⭐

The positive vibes shown from both sides are priceless and rewarding 💕.

Thank you to all the community, charitable groups and businesses, Trainers and Coaches, who worked really hard in preparation, offered free trial demo classes, sacrificed their day off (and ☀️) to support this Fayre - credit goes to you all for making this event a huge success. See you all soon 💞🙏

Studio8 Glenrothes are hosting a Self Care, Health and Wellness fayre on Sunday 12th

Along with a loads of stalls there will also be demonstration classes on offer which will need to be booked. Details of these are as follows -

All teachers will be raising funds for charity so would ask for a £1 donation per session on the day. All funds raised will go to Leslie Community Pantry helping those in need in their local community. Leslie Community Pantry is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) with the Registration number SCO050633.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is amazing for anyone who wants to exercise but feel they would struggle with a traditional class. We will work sequentially up the body, limber up joints, stretch off muscles and move with conscious breathwork. Variations on each posture so suitable for all abilities.

Adult Commercial Dance
This session is a fun and safe space learn to dance and be sassy and confident. Suitable for all ages, and the dance is broken down so it’s suitable for all levels. It’s a great place to get your steps in for the day, make friends and fall in love with dance with no pressure to commit every week.
