Modelling my last wreath of the season, a simple but textured affair using a few different eucalyptus varieties, variegated pitto, pine and skimmia, finished with gold velvet ribbon 🎀

I've loved creating wreaths to grace people's doors this Christmas. Each and every one is different, unique and created with care, and that's the beauty of buying from a small business ✨ Don't forget to give your wreaths a spritz of water once or twice a week to keep it from drying out!

That's a wrap on my Christmas wreath markets and workshops for this year, with a wonderful night with the loveliest group at earlier this week to finish off 💖 We'll be returning next year and I can't wait to do it all again! I couldn't let this day pass without sharing a pic! Today is our 13th wedding anniversary 💖 There are so many things I would change about this day (what was I thinking with my hair?! And that tulle collar on my bouquet was so random 🙈) BUT I didn't really care about any of that - I was just excited to be marrying my best friend.

If you're planning your wedding and stressing about all the finer details, it really helps to keep that in mind! At the end of it all, you'll be starting your married life together 💒

Christmas wreaths are here 🙌

Handmade Christmas wreaths will be available to purchase on Sunday 1st December, 10am til 4pm at The Maker's Market in Torr Vale Mill, New Mills 🎀

I'll also be hosting two wreath workshops where you'll be able to create and decorate your own unique Christmas wreath as well as enjoying some nibbles and festive drinks 🍸

I just love using pin frogs for table centerpieces, they're such a versatile little tool. Teeny pin frogs on shallow dishes work well for minimalist arrangements using a few choice stems, while the larger 2" pin frogs are great for creating an arrangement with height and holding stems securely in place in small bowls and vases.

A sustainable casket spray for Norah 💖

Her family requested a tribute with no waste, so this spray was created using a technique devised by , which allows the design to be taken apart and shared with family members. Norah's bowls ball was also added to the centre of the spray to finish a special and highly personal tribute for a very special lady ✨

Candlelight and crystal 💖✨
These vintage crystal decanters from .crystalware made the most quirky yet beautifully cohesive vases for tiny bunches of colourful seasonal flowers, first along the sides of the aisle and then to fit in with the crystal glasses on the tables.

It just goes to show that you don't need stems and stems of flowers to make an impact with your table decor - simply being strategic with the vessels you choose, adding styling touches like fruit, candles and coordinating tableware, and choosing impactful arrangements like a floor meadow (which can easily be moved around from ceremony to reception space), can all take your wedding table decor to the next level 🔥

Dahlias are some of my all-time favourite flowers 🥰 This is the first one that I ever grew from tuber; it was pretty tatty looking and nibbled around the edges but was still beautiful and I was sooo proud of it!

Dahlias are at their peak in late summer and autumn, so keep this in mind if you want them to feature in your wedding florals!
