Challenge 135. Only a few flowers? Use individual mini designs and group accordingly. The benefit of using a raised base creates space below the designs which adds to the visual balance.

Challenge 134. Having trimmed a plum tree back the twigs were too good not to use. Having filled a deep container with them they make a perfect mechanic for a mixed assortment .

Challenge 130. I’ve used an upside down basket , without a handle, over a shallow bowl of water. The open wooden weave supports the stems perfectly.
