Ron the ‘Demented hedgehog’.. this is how last week’s workshop design (named by me as a ‘spring flower bomb’) was affectionally described by the husband (Ron) of one of my regular flower designers!
I kinda get it - I can see what he saw.but this one is all about spring! Little green shoots poking UP (geotropism-see pic)that will grow upwards and explode with mini daffs and grape hyacinth flowers 🌼
This demented hedgehog is the start of a ‘growing’ transformation…

I love Amaryllis (green -pale green and white!) and I love teaching these Christmas Showstopper workshops 💚 … thanks ladies! You really got into it and created gorgeous individual arrangements - proud smiles prove it… a treat to teach!
PS - ‘Green Valley’ is the green Amaryllis variety … check it out x

Cool couple of workshops crafting stylised Christmas trees.. great Christmas vibes and great smiles! 🌲😁 …. styled straight or gonk tree was the big question!!!!

Public shout out to today’s ’Willow Christmas Door Wreath’ designers! 🙌 🌲(fully compostable, but me thinks it’ll be some time before they reach the compost heap!!)
The day started with a stunning sunrise - then everyone arrived, grabbed a brew and lots of chatting ensued!… after a short demo, everyone surprised themselves by crafting a gorgeous chunky willow ring and then bound half with lush winter greens to create a stylised garland shape - some natural decorations were added and hey presto!!

Ps - I know picture 3 has an empty vase! ….I am a pro and filled vase 124 (1 of 154) with purple-pink Clematis but the pic is a nice one!

This workshop (as always) was very different! Smiles all round - except when the apples fell out during construction!! 😂
