From small events to large celebrations there are always many reasons to gather with your friends and family to celebrate your special occasion with a delicious paella and tapas!!
Fresh and tasty paella catering will delight everyone, our mobile kitchen allows us to work anywhere while still creating high quality food.

What Goes Into our Paella?
We cook three main types of Paella - Mixed, Meat and Vegetarian.

MIXED
The Mixed Paella contains chicken, Spanish chorizo sausage and pancetta, as well as a range of seafood including mussels, prawns and squid. Along with the meats and fish, red peppers, onions, paella rice, herbs, olive oil, tomatoes and peas all go to complete the tasty dish.

MEAT
The Meat Paella contains all the same ingredients as the Mixed paella, but without the seafood - instead, we add extra chicken, chorizo and pancetta to give it fantastic taste.

VEGETARIAN
The vegetarian paella contains no meat or fish, but we add extra vegetables to the base paella mix.
All the ingredients are added to our huge Paella pans and cooked in an authentic Spanish style, creating a truly amazing tasting Paella for you and all to enjoy.

We're cooking up a storm here at Paella by Bella as we are thrilled to announce the appointment of our new executive head chef, michael Thompson.

With over 20 years + experience, it's fair to say Michael knows his pots from his pans and we could not be more excited to see what he has in store for our various brands the Cotswold Caterer, Taco Bella, The Cotswold Graze, Paella by Bella, Hog Roast of Gloucestershire and the Grill shed.

Inspired by everything from all the seasons, fine dining, local produce to savage BBQ’s.

He said: "I'm delighted to be joining the team and can't wait to get stuck in. I absolutely love that everyday is different in this job and I have no doubt that with this fantastic team behind me, we'll achieve brilliant and, most importantly, delicious things!"

We had an awesome time catering at an 18th Party in Evesham on Saturday, combining menu’s from us and our sister brands; Cotswold Graze and Cotswold Caterer.
