Can't wait for this, London Calling play The Clash, Clash City Rockers' Tour! Listen to the 'A' & 'B' sides of singles released by The Clash between 1977-1983. The Clash formed in 1976 and are considered one of the most influential groups to come out of the Punk scene. The Clash released singles throughout their lifetime which did not feature on any of their albums such as 'Capital Radio', '(White Man) in Hammersmith Palais', 'I Fought The Law', 'Complete Control' and more. If you're at a lose end as to what to do with the kids this Friday why not bring them along to the Shire Hall for a free showing of Paddington in Peru. Yep that's right absolutely free thanks to the generous support of Howden Town Council. The performance starts at 2.00pm with doors opening for the tuck shop from 1.15pm so come along and enjoy Paddington's latest adventure! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Happy hump day everyone 😊
We have a couple of amazing but very different acts appearing in the Hall this September, when I say different I mean very different! We have the Sounds of the Drifters featuring Richie Sampson, all laid back and very mellow. Then we have London Calling playing the Clash, all the singles A&B sides from 1977-1983, what a night that's going to be!
