Youth Club @ Sykehouse Village Hall
Tues 1st July & Thurs 3rd July 6-8pm and every Tues & Thurs until the end of the school holidays.
JUST TURN UP! Any ages under 18.
Tuesday….Pool table, Boardgames, just hanging out, hide & seek, playground fun. Learn how to play the immersive interactive game of Dungeons & Dragons, contact Bastien Leblanc if you’d like to join the game.
Thursday….Rounders, Football, Cricket, Outdoor Treasure Hunt, Pool table, boardgames, hanging out etc
The bar will be open on all occasions and is well stocked with pop, crisps, sweets, ice creams etc all at reasonable pocket money prices.
We are just trialing this over the summer with parental help. That means that parents/carers are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your own children not the volunteers at the village hall. You must accompany your children, this isn’t a drop off or baby sitting service.
If the trial is successful with the help of more volunteers we will look into creating a Youth Club and ensure all volunteers attend safeguarding courses, are DBS checked and all the procedures and processes required by law will be followed without exception.

An enormous thank you to the volunteers who trimmed our hedge and verge this morning!👏👏
It’s great to know that there are people in the village that appreciate the village hall as much as the group of volunteers who manage it also do. We just don’t always have enough hours in the day or the skills to do all the jobs.
