Merry and Festive 🎄

These last 2 weeks have been absolutely jam packed with Christmas wreath workshops, and as much as I have total florist anxiety before every workshop I don’t half blooming love them !

I kicked off the season on the 26th November with a freelance workshop for 7 people on behalf of .
Followed by a cute traditional tea rooms workshop for 12 people on Wednesday evening.
The 1st of December then saw a lush crazy 42 people attend my workshop at Hopton village hall.
Yesterday I was back freelancing for over for a group of 24 green fingered ladies.
Today I’m heading over to AF Farming over in Honingham Thorpe to host 2 workshops for 27 people on behalf of .
Then Sunday I have 34 super beauts over in Hopton to finish off the wreath workshop year!

That’s 146 people I’ll of had the pleasure of teaching this year, I’d say that’s pretty good for an introvert 🤣

Thank you for having me sweets, you’ve all been a dream and I hope to see you for more festivities next year !

Meet me at Christmas ♥️

This week is certainly a festive one !

Tuesday saw me host a little freelance wreath workshop at Stow Gardens for a florist friend, followed by a wreath workshop of my own last night at Vera Gs cakes and teas, today I’ve been freelancing for a local florist friend wreath decorating, Sunday I have my biggest workshop to date to host, and amongst all of that custom wreath and bouquet orders heading out !

I’ll need this Christmas break at this rate !

Girls supporting girls ✌🏼

I’m so fortunate that across my career I’ve met some incredibly lovely people who in turn I now class as friends.

From customers, to small local businesses and same industry businesses it’s so nice that there’s a little community out there I can call on and connect with.

So this may be a little bit of personal post for me, and basically just me shouting about one particular person and venue because I just want to.
And why not after such a beautiful shoot last month ?!

So if you hadn’t guessed over the years I absolutely adore working , the owners Hattie and Andrew are an absolute dream and nothing is ever too much for them, they are both super friendly and always come over with the doggos and say hello when I’m on a set up.
Their venue is so beautiful with gorgeous grounds surrounding, and their wedding/venue coordinator is absolutely top tier !

From the moment I met Amy I just knew we were on the same page. Her work ethic is second to none, and I know I’m in safe hands as are my florals when I’m on and off site.
Henstead Pavillion has my heart, but quite frankly wherever I get married I’m taking Amy with me, she has a soul that will just put you to ease instantly.

They are definitely something to think over, they’ll feature in so many photos from your day, in this shot it’s just peeking through but adds to whole look.
There’s also the fact (design depending) that you’ll be able to move it and to reuse elsewhere on your wedding day.

Winter snow stars 🌌

The last 8 spaces are available for my last wreath workshop of 2024:

Sunday 8th December 1-3pm
At hopton village hall, station road, hopton.

The workshop is £55 for 2 glorious hours of my company, a huge amount of belly laughs, light refreshments and all materials supplied for you to make a gorgeous festive wreath to take home at the end of the workshop.

This years mix of materials: blue pine, eucalyptus, Populus euc, white ruscus, white berries, pampas, coloured berk twigs, fruit slices, pinecones, natural stars, cotton balls, cinnamon sticks, large lotus heads and ribbons of the rainbow !

A non refundable booking fee of £10 is required at time of booking to secure your space and the final amount is payable by the 1st December.
