BBQ bits were definitely in demand! If you couldn’t make it yesterday we will be doing home deliveries on Wednesday so make sure you get your orders in 🙂

Sad News Alert

Anyone who’s followed us for a long time will know that there’s a few ewes on the farm that are related to my first pet sheep (Ginger)
I call them the ‘Gelston Hybrids!’

This girl pictured was looking under the weather so we’ve been treating her with antibiotics but sadly she didn’t make it. I’ve now only got her lamb Chilli and one more ewe in the flock who carry on this line. It’s not pedigree and it’s made up of many different breeds but they have been such good ewes and it will be such a shame to loose them all.

This may seem silly to a lot of people but I’m probably as bad as the girls for getting attached to ewes.

It’s that time of the month again where we open the gates to the farm. We will have a lovely selection of fresh quality meat, bread, fruit and veg, cakes, cheese and pies. Also joining us again is noconagelato for a little Saturday sweet treat 🍦

Easter feast.

We had sold all the lamb but saved this amazing piece of beef for dinner this evening 👌🏻

Hanging good quality meat on the bone makes all the difference. The flavour was incredible and it melted in your mouth!

If you would like some amazing beef like this we will have some available at the Pop Up Shop on Saturday at the farm 💚

Happy Easter to all of our amazing customers

Thank you for all your orders, you’ve kept us incredibly busy and for that we are so grateful

We hope you’ve all enjoyed what you ordered from us and if you got chance to take a picture before devouring it, we would love to see them 💚

We managed a few hours off the farm for a walk and a picnic by the river in the sunshine! Now back home for Chris to check sheep and for me to cook our Easter Dinner 😋
