This beautiful piece, is found at the bottom of the stairs in the entrance hall on a square wooden pedestal, is a 19th-century stone model of the Medici vase carved in relief with classical figures.

Join us for our Open House weekend as Harlaxton Manor honours its history with the Airborne Division and celebrates a special display of Churchillian from a largely unseen private collection, “Meeting Winston Churchill”. Step back into the 1940’s with us for this unique event.

Saturday, 30th November, Sunday, 1st December and Saturday, 7th December, and Sunday, 8th December 🎄🎅🏻

Experience the magic of Christmas across the ages during our Harlaxton Christmas Open House weekends. Enjoy festive decorations, meet Santa Claus, and indulge in entertainment that’s perfect for the whole family. These are days filled with holiday spirit and joy.
