WORKING EQUITATION WITH ANITA JACKSON 26TH OCTOBER 2025: (British Working Equitation Approved Instructor): How to ride a course of obstacles such as a gate, parallel slalom, straight slalom and barrels and other fun challenges. Can be done at a walking pace or faster if you are more experienced. One-to-One Session £50, groups of two horses paired together £30 each or up to three horses/ponies sharing at £20 each. Andrew adapts his sessions to individuals and their horse/pony, to get the most out of each session and create tailored goals. Teaching beginner children to 5* competition riders.

Andrew has many years of top-level show jumping experience, successfully competing nationally and internationally. With an impressive amount of accomplishments including: the Prestigious Hickstead Queens Cup, Hickstead Derby and standing Reserve Champion at Royal International and HOYS over two consecutive years.

Opportunities for Work at GBEC🐴

Weekday afternoons (Mon, Tues, Weds or just Mon/Wed)
We are after a part timer to step in for a few afternoons a week to join our full time team. Perhaps you have horses in the area that you want to fit in some work around or bolster your existing hours? Our horses are easy to deal with and so are the rest of the team! Nothing too arduous, just afternoon duties so a mixture of bringing in and turning out, and setting the yard fair. We start after lunch from 2pm.

We’re also looking for a new Sunday junior to look after our lovely livery horses in Bookham, Surrey after one of our wonderful longstanding team members has moved on 😭 Uni and travelling await...
We are happy to build up and sign off on DOE skills sections, if this is relevant for you 😁 Minimum age 14+, with relevant experience.

All usual stable and horse care duties, working with an experienced team. Good pay and fully managed yard, with supervision for juniors. You will work with the team in a friendly and knowledgeable environment where you can learn and expand your equine skills and be a valued member of the GBEC team.
