A few snaps from our last wedding, we had the pleasure of catering for the beautiful Katie and Josh, and it was a fabulous but very rainy day!

They chose a beautiful menu of:
- Hoisin duck and watermelon salad
- Heritage tomato and Burrata salad
- Seabass, lemon and chive mash, samphire and red pepper sauce
- Beef fillet, dauphinois potatoes, cauliflower purée, asparagus and red wine jus

The meal was completed with trays of chocolate truffles! Perfect! 👍

Our Story

From many years of hosting dinner parties, BBQs and larger parties for friends and family, I soon realised I had a natural flair and passion for hosting special events. Being a self confessed foodie, I spend the majority of my free time cooking, reading recipes or watching cooking programmes, so taking the step to starting a career in food was the obvious choice for me. I wanted food to not only be part of my social life but also my working life. So Perfect Day Caterers was born. Perfect Day now cater for corporate events, private parties and weddings throughout Essex and Hertfordshire.
