Exciting News!

As many of you already know, we’re passing the Cafe Bar baton over to a group of local business owners who are planning to re-open the doors VERY soon!

We recommend you give them a follow over at Wellowgatecafegrimsby and Wellowgatebargrimsby to keep up with developments.

We’re happy to report that they plan to maintain much of what you all loved about Vittles, and we’re confident it’ll feel just like home again in no time.

We hope you’ll join us in wishing the guys the very best of luck as they continue where we started off. They’re buzzing with new ideas and we can’t wait to see what they do with the place.

We have some sad news to share unfortunately…

It’s with regret that we have to announce the closure of our Cafe Bar from 31st August.

We know this will come as a shock to a lot of you, and it’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your custom and support over the last 5 years.

We’ve made some great friends at the bar and we’re immensely proud of the community that’s built around Vittles, so it’s with a heavy heart we must make this announcement.

We know you’ll have questions, and hopefully the following will help to address some of them…

- Buffets and Catering - After 31.08, we WILL continue our buffet and catering operations (more news coming on this soon).
- Vouchers - Any outstanding vouchers can be redeemed up until 31.08.
- Local Art - We’ll be in touch with the many local artists whose artwork adorns our walls to ensure all pieces are returned before we close.
- Opening Hours - from tomorrow until 31.08 our opening hours will be amended to the following:

Monday - Closed
Tuesday 10am - 3pm
Wednesday 10am - 3pm
Thursday 10am - 3pm
Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sunday 11am - 6pm

We’re closed today Monday 29th July, but we look forward to catching up with some of you from tomorrow.

We’ve got some real treats coming up for you over the next few weeks, so be sure to book your place if you see something you fancy.

The next couple of weekends we’re rolling out some tried and tested crowd pleasers (Bao Buns and Focaccia Style Pizzas), then we’re mixing it up with a Mexican feature and a weekend themed around the Euro 2024 Finalists (which feels like a fun gamble 😅)

In the middle of all that we’ve got a performance from everyone’s favourite Brad Arliss, and we’re even throwing a few of our favourite cocktails into the mix! 🍸🍹🍸
