✨ Our Christmas Opening Hours ✨

We are closed for a lot of the Christmas holidays but do have some availability on days we're open for appointments only.

We won't be here for the full day on these days just for the appointment so please message or call if you'd like to book a bridal or prom appointment.

Any answerphone messages will be replied to as we're in or for a quicker response if we're closed that day, send us a message as I'll be checking them but not as regularly as usual so please be patient.

These beautiful dresses have been discontinued and we need some space back on our flower girl rail, so they are now only £10 each.

Only 8 dresses available, first come first served, perfect for flower girls, parties or just to dress up at these prices!

It's nearly time.......

You guys know we love Black Friday and we know how much you all love it too!

So this Friday and Saturday the 29th and 30th of December, will both be walk in days,
Friday 12-4.30pm and Saturday 10-4.30pm

No appointments are necessary, just walk in and enjoy the fun, try on dresses, take a look around and meet The Proposals girls.

We don't have January sales our Summer Sale and Black Friday event are our two sales of the year, so don't miss out, pop down and you might find your perfect dress at a fabulously discounted price 🩷

✨ Christmas is Coming ✨

We're not quite finished with our door and windows this year but I was too excited to share our Christmas windows so far!

Two beautiful sparkly dresses are taking centre stage, Sahara by and Elizabeth by ✨

They're complimented by our hanging baubles and would you believe the balloon arch created for us by 4 weeks, yes 4 weeks ago, is now deconstructed in our window display and we love how fabulous, festive and fun it looks.

We even had snow while creating our festive windows today!

✨ Proposals Prom Walk In Day ✨

This Saturday the 19th of October, our Prom Room is swapping with our Bridal Room for a Prom Take Over!

Our friends are kindly loaning us 40 extra dresses for the event and all of half term so you'll have even more choices available.

We're being joined by Danielle from showing her fabulous balloon creations, Demi from is joining us in the morning and Maya from .are.baer is coming in the afternoon to talk all things beauty and make up with our gorgeous prom girls.

This is a walk in event no appointments are necessary and if you find your perfect prom dress on the day you'll benefit from saving a huge 15% on the total if you pay in full.

We have goodie bags for the first 25 girls to pop in, and snacks and non alcoholic fizz for everybody joining us!

Bridal habits seem to be changing a little bit lately and we're curious to hear from you all 🤍

When looking for your wedding dress did you have a certain designer in mind? And was that important to you?

Did you set a budget and stick to it? For example only trying dresses you knew your budget would cover.

Did you plan a long engagement? Or a quick let's get married asap wedding? (Or somewhere in the middle?)

Did you have a style of dress in mind that you really loved before trying dresses on? And did you go for that style?

How many people did you have on your wedding guest list? And did you feel pressured to have people you didn't really want to invite?

Hey future Prom Queens, as prom season has officially begun for 2025 we thought you'd like a bit of information about us,

Our prom room is based in Abbeygate Shopping Centre, Grimsby inside our bridal boutique we've been based in Abbeygate for 35 years and have sold prom dresses for 20 years.

✨ We only sell one dress per school, even in a different colour.

✨ Our prom dresses range from £299-£650.

✨ You can place a deposit on your perfect dress.

✨ You have exclusive use of our prom room for your appointment.

✨ You can take photos when you try on dresses (we thought this was the norm but apparently not!)

✨ We provide a calm, non pushy environment for you to try as many dresses as you'd like to in your appointment.
