BOUNDARIES MATTER: Let’s Talk About Late-Night Balloon Orders‼️

I hesitated to post this, but I feel it’s necessary to address a situation that’s been happening more frequently 🙁 First of all, thank you so much for supporting my balloon business for over five years—it’s been an honour to create custom balloons for your celebrations! 🎈🎈 🎈
However, I’ve had a few uncomfortable experiences lately with people knocking on my door at 9 pm, 10 pm, and even as late as 11:45 pm. I want to kindly remind everyone of a few things:

1. I don’t sell plain helium balloons! Every balloon arrangement I create is custom-designed to match your theme or colour scheme. These aren’t quick orders—they take hours of work and careful planning. That’s why I ask for at least two weeks’ notice to ensure I have all the materials needed for your event.

2. Orders are only confirmed through proper channels. You can place an order via the form on my website: www.happyballoons.co.uk
by phone 07575-286036. Orders are processed only after you’ve reviewed and agreed to the T&C´s and made full payment. I do not accept orders at my door—ever!

3. I usually deliver 🚗 Collections at my home are RARE and ALWAYS scheduled in advance, never after 9 pm!

I understand the stress of last-minute party planning or being let down by other vendors. I truly wish I could help everyone, but I simply can't accommodate last-minute orders!

Just as you wouldn't randomly knock on your hairdresser’s, baker’s, or nail tech’s door late at night, PLEASE extend the same courtesy to me and my family 💕
