The bouquets will range from £30 onwards - depending on how many cupcakes you would like.

You can customise your flavour of sponge in either vanilla, chocolate or lemon.

A fresh new year can only mean one thing, it’s time for a reintroduction!

Hello and Welcome to Casali Cakes.
My name is Chantelle Casali - officially for over a year now 🤭💍

I started this business in 2020, before the world descended into chaos, price rises in butter and having 2 more children.

I have a Diploma in Fine Art and Design and Computer Art and Design 👩🏻‍🎨
I did want to be a tattoo artist, I love to draw and be creative.

My Nan was the one that baked all the family cakes. It wasn’t until I started baking with my son that I grew to love it. I soon found myself in my nans cake room inheriting her pans, moulds and tools.

Before making cakes, I worked at a hospital as a receptionist/ admin.

Dessert - Eaton Mess
Chocolate - Strawberries and cream

We have a dog called Jarvis - he thinks he is still a puppy but is actually a small horse and a tortoise called Hulk, do I have any Marvel fans? 🐕🐢🎯

My recent obsession has been sourdough. I’m craving garlic bread and buttery croissants 🍞🥐

This year I am determined to narrow down on the cakes I love to do and put myself more ‘out there’. Expect to see lots of colours, textures and flowers 💐

Way back to Valentine’s Day 2023.
The little bit of sunshine that we had today made me think back to the Valentine’s Day special dessert at The Royal Hotel.
I try to use as much natural light as possible and I had to very quickly take a photo of these mini strawberry cheesecakes before it got too warm 🥵

🥂 Happy New Year ✨

I just want to say a special thank you to all the people who continue to support me, my business and my family.
Whenever opportunities arise - whether it be afternoon teas for a hotel, desserts for a restaurant or many cake orders, I always complete the challenge with the help of those around me.
Having a young family and running a business is not for the faint of hearts!

I hope 2025 brings you so much joy and happiness. We all have so much to look forward to 🥰

One of the littles helped with their teachers Christmas cupcakes 🧁
Simple swirls with golden sprinkles - even though I think more sprinkles were eaten then put on the cupcakes.
They were well received and I hope they are thoroughly enjoyed!

Pistachio and raspberry Yule log 🪵

Pistachio frangipane, raspberry mousse, pistachio and white chocolate coating, raspberry cream and decorated with fresh raspberries and pistachio nuts.

Perfect dessert if you don’t like Christmas pudding.
