We will remember ❤️ 6th June 1944 ❤️

Today marks the 80th anniversary of D-day - the day on which the Battle of Normandy began.

It was a huge effort involving months of secret preparations. Thousands of Allied troops landed on the beaches of Normandy, in northern France, at the start of the battle to liberate mainland Europe from N**i occupation.

D-day marked the turning point in World War II when the Allied forces began to win their fight against the Axis powers.

The invasion was code-named Overlord.

Thank you so very much for your patience ❤️

We had / have taken some time off to help with renovations to our beautiful moms house ❤️ to get it all nice and perfect for her to move into ❤️

January is always a quieter month for us cake wise so made perfect sense and worked out perfectly ❤️ for us to give our time ❤️

We will also be ruducing our baking days down this month (Feb) and through March again in order to juggle our time and help on a personal level for my mom ❤️ thank you for your understanding and patience.

We have some special cakes booked in this month. that we can’t wait to make and be apart of your wonderful memories ❤️

Thank you so much for continuing to support my little cake business and for your understanding and patience ❤️ especially at present and over the next few month.
