Just to reiterate. All food can be safely reheated in its packaging. And is made using fresh produce. So it can be frozen at your side.

Baby leaf and Rocket salad with mixed green and black olives, red onion, fresh tomato, sun blush tomato and Greek Feta Cheese with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Moroccan spiced couscous served with baby leaf salad, chickpea’s, black olives, pomegranate jewels and a homemade spicy harissa dressing.

A really fresh summer salad consisting of Avocado, cucumber, fresh tomato, red onion, baby leaf and rocket salad and homemade green herb oil.

Chorizo and Roasted red pepper Penne.
Spanish chorizo sausage, Oven roasted red peppers, fresh tomato’s and penne pasta in a smoky tomato based sauce. Can be GF.

Pan fried King Prawns with sun blush tomato, sugarsnap pea’s and linguini. cooked in a tomato infused oil and sweet chilli sauce.
