My day out as royal photographer, capturing all the joy of HRH Prince Charles's visit to The Piece Hall and Dean Clough Mills, Halifax. The charm and wit of the prince, made for a enchanting day out, it's true, I really enjoyed it, this prince know's how to have a good day out! There's a few photos of HRH Duchess Camilla, who, mostly journeyed in a different direction on the day. Were you there?

Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall visited The Piece Hall to see its renovation and meet our independent business owners.

Last night I went along to help out with a few photos of Happy Days Cycles, King's Cross, London, to King Cross, Halifax, 5 day cycle ride, rough sleeping along the way. It was the arrival at the beautiful Piece Hall, Halifax I turned out for. Only thing was, I ended up staying over too, haha, the belting down snow and freezing conditions were a little concerning, but hey, how often will you ever get to stay in such a historic gem of a place like this and help out the homeless charity. It was an amazing experience, a tad frosty in the morning, but refreshing in some weird sort of a way, would I do it again, yeah, maybe once ...

Classic really, I originally posted it 2 years ago and till last month had 3500 visits, then I turn my back and all of a sudden 6500 people visit my website to see it, in a month, there must have been some serious loving of Calderdale going on in October 2017!
